They do that here too .. my problem is that there isn't an official order signed by a judge yet. It's been 6 months and we're still working on getting that!! Once it is signed .. THEN they'll be able to go after him. Not paying as ordered is considered "contempt of court" which is punishable by fines, jail time, losing a driver's license, and/or losing a business license.
