I'm so glad church and state are separation endeavor in the USA, rather than unified entity. Imagine Spain, who was the most powerful nation on earth in the late 16th century, under King Phillip, a devote Catholic. Imagine the Spain Armada, the most powerful navy on earth at that time, sailing toward England with a mission to vanquish Queen Elisabeth, a protestant, and put a new Catholic ruler on the thrown of English. The ships are sailing in a crescent formation with the lighter, more maneuverable battle ships on the outside of the crescent formation protecting the galleon ships in the center. In the bowl of the Armada comes the inquisition. England must not fail in this coming battle, or we all know what will happen. What part of the Armada do you think "bowl" references? http://www.elizabethi.org/us/armada/ Also: http://movies.nytimes.com/movie/335198/Elizabeth-The-Golden-Age/overview Regards, LelandJ --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html --- _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
