I doubt Jean cares either way, D or R or I. He's more enlightened on sexual
morals than we Americans are, and probably thinks police officers sitting in
airport bathroom stalls baiting secretly queer Republican senators just
before an election is just as silly as the Edwards love-child affair and its
related extensive media cover-up.

But he interjected specifically in my all-too-earnest sidebar about Ed's
selective snippiness, so I figured that's what he was referring to.

I confess to being more than a bit conflicted on the issue of Ed's sacred
twit list. So most folks tune me out anyway when I go off on that anyway,
which is fine. It's a minor thing.
