I use r-tt.com r_DriveImage ($45!) for any Windows Server platform (and
sometimes for Windows workstations), and either Norton Ghost v-9+ or Norton
Save & Restore for Windows 2000 Pro and XP.  For filf-by-file backups I use
SyncBack.  Check out my document on my ftp Server for more goodies:

Chock full of good info, more than just backup and image stuff.
