Hi Jean!

Quantum mechanics, indeed. If they had said "Why it is unlikely that you 
will get aids from a mosquito bite" I would agree with that. But they 
said "Why Mosquitoes Cannot Transmit AIDS".

They allude to "studies" and a staff paper but do not link to them, 
suggesting that they just made it up, as the government often does nowadays.
