Thanks for that Dave - I was amazed just how many things were being loaded
at startup.  I ran Autoruns and cleared some of the more obvious out, such
as Messenger and OpenOffice and now my machine boots up much quicker.  The
only snag was I didn't know what 98% of them did so was *very* cautious!
