Ed, Sounds like you had a terrific experience. It reminds me of my experience voting for the first time in Riverside County, after years of voting in San Diego County.
It is great to be in an area that works hard at making it easier and more reliable to cast a ballot. At this point Steve and I are permanent absentee voters, but we do appreciate being able to vote early at the various centers in Riverside County for early voting. Here the county rents a storefront space in malls around the county so people can vote when they go shopping or to see a movie. There is NO EXCUSE to avoid voting.
