Should all roads be toll roads? Non-drivers shouldn't have to pay for
your automobile use, especially if you're going to insist that other
forms of transportation not be subsidized.

And even beyond the "whacko" environmental benefits of taking cars off
the road, taking them off the road reduces traffic for those who do
drive. How much more of a mess would New York be without public
transit?
