Hi Alan!

That has been a sore spot. The configuration software runs on windows 
and I don't have windows. Years ago I set it up with an XP notebook that 
I don't have any more.

That said, everything is fine from about 2 AM until 10 AM. I don't think 
it would be fine at any time if there was anything wrong hardware or 
software at my end.
