Hi Alan!

I imagine it does. But the tech they assigned to my case was too 
ignorant to know it. He said something about updating the modem's 
configuration software, like if I had windows (or mac) he could install 
a patch. Hmm. I know someone who might loan me a mac. Trouble is, I 
might need it for 32 hours.
