  So call them when it's down.  Sounds like that should be fairly easy to do
given the length of the outage.  Your lucky it's down that much.  If it only
dropped a couple times a day for a short interval, it could be a royal pain
to trouble shoot.

  Personally I can sympathize with both sides; intermittent problems are the
worst to troubleshoot and with an Internet connection, there are a large
number of variables that can cause it to be "down".

  In your case, what exactly does that mean?  A problem in your network
stack, a connection between your PC and the modem, no packets across the
wire, a DNS server problem, you can't get your mail, or what?

Hi Kristyne!

They lie about it. They say it is always on. It is only on about %5 of 
the time during the daytime. It is after 2 AM when it rocks.
