Hey Kevin! Drew Speedie used to used something called unlimited conferencing. (At least I think he did and I think that's where I got wind of it) And I have been using it very effectively. It is a pay as you go, so those that want to attend can pay. You can have a bunch of people sharing the leader's desktop and the users get on the phone for the audio part.
You can promote anyone to leader so you can see their desktop if you want - ie another presenter. www.unlimitedconferencing.com They can also provide the phone part if you don't have conference capability.
