Hi Alan! Lies? Strong language! We ARE getting conflicting stories from Canadians about their home system every winter when they visit us in Florida. They often use OUR health system while they are here, AND a fair number of them return to Canada leaving the unpaid bills behind, whether out of habit or design. Perhaps we need a world system of health care? However, the main, perhaps only, problem in health care finance is that someone always has to game the system to get more service or money than the next person.
