Agreed!! From the POV of health care, big right wing health care providers have consistently tried to scare Americans into thinking publicly fund health care is socialism and goes against American values.
They would be forced to reduce their profits and deliver more efficient health services. Something perhaps they can't or don't want to do. In paying for services, government just like all businesses would want to keep their costs to a minimum. What's wrong with ensuing that all Americans get good basic health care at minimal cost? If it takes a publicly funded program to achieve this, so be it. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf > Of Adam Buckland > Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 7:38 AM > To: ProFox Email List > Subject: RE: [OT] 25 billion won't do it? > > The problem is that very few people in the US have a clue what socialism > is and bandy it about for anything that is done collectively. > > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Pete Theisen > Sent: 23 November 2008 19:32 > To: ProFox Email List > Subject: Re: [OT] 25 billion won't do it? > > Alan Lukachko wrote: > > > With Michael, strong language is necessary.
