Fool? What kind of a fool would fail to get the intelligence needed to 
stop a terrorist attack? We are balancing some discomfort for one enemy 
against thousands of our countryman's lives. That said, there are 
protests. Just ignore them - they would want to know why we hadn't 
prevented it if they were touched by an attack.
