You are ignoring history here Geoff. They have been schooling latin American military in torture tactics in their "School of the Americas". Sooner or later they were bound to do the same in their own country. After all, when they are forced to leave the countries they try to invade (as they have always been forced to do... pussies!) those torturers, rapists, and killers they have trained in their armed forces go back to USA and become neighbours to someone and fathers of family of others. That shit ends up INSIDE their own borders, and every now and then they are "surprised" when a kid murders all their schoolmates, or some other bloke shoots people with a rifle from his van. Think about a torturer, someone who had human being's lives at his fingertips. Now imagine him as your neighbour, and now imagine you have some neighbourly disagreement with him. Get the picture?
