Sytze,
If the SMTP Server belongs to the ISP then they will have stopped "relaying"
in order to counteract spam. Normally, if you let your ISP know the domain
name you want to relay then they will allow it.

There is no way to overcome this as it is not a BLAT problem. On the other
hand as Paul says you can reconfigure your SMTP server if you have control
of it.
