One of two things are happening which would cause an smtp error 530
1 your smtp server at your isp basically does not allow email traffic to be 
directed though it from an internet connection which is not theirs.
 2 the smtp server requires  smtp auth   using the blat clause -u and -pw 
to be used in the send string
