VirtualBox Guest Additions are a function of VirtualBox (VB), not
windows. I run VB at home and I'm at work at the moment, so I can't
tell you exactly what to do, but there should be a menu option that says
something along the lines of installing guest additions. While the VM
is running if you select that option it mounts an ISO a CD in the VM.
If autoplay is on, the install should just start. You should be able to
find more details in the help.

Regards
Rodney
