I see the interviews / counseling sessions as being a good thing.  I
have lived in Phoenix and those old drivers would scrap the crap out
of me.  Maybe this would just re-establish if someone "could see" and
still drive on a national basis?  It would also cover a lot more
answered questions that disconnected families never get.  "Mom how are
you feeling?"  That is an issue I face today and I know my mom lies to
me on the phone.  But a visual inspection of her would identify if she
is good or not.

None of us know what is coming, nor do the weasels in congress today.
