It is had to be proactive.  I know that my apps are all reactive.  You
have a problem, this app is a solution to it.  As the problem goes
away and or morphs into something else you have a new problem.  So you
craft another app or patch what you did earlier.

The last CEO I worked for wanted to have his employees be proactive.
Instead they waited for a call from the client.  This is real hard to
overcome a lifetime of action / reaction.
