How about we introduce tort reform as step one. We may get much better health benefits when our practitioners start doing what they know we need instead of what will stop a potential lawsuit. Second point is the need to change the payment structure from services rendered to patient diagnosed and cured. Last point is to STOP the mind set that everything is solved with a prescription. Some times you need an antibiotic not all the time. Just like you do not need to have every kid in school on some sort of ADD drug regiment. Texas did the tort reform and Dr.s are flooding into the state for better practice management. -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer SQL Server DBA Web and Winform Development Independent Contractor Memphis TN 901.246-0159 _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
