hey dopey, we get some american children coming to my city (adelaide) to be
treated at the cranio-facial unit regarded as one of the best in the world.
and why do they do it when there are equally as good (but not better) units
in USA? because even with all the costs and full price (not subsidised)
treatment, they are still better off than the USA system. and these are
well-off people. what do your poor and middle-class do when their kids are
born with both eyes on opposite side of their head or a nose that reaches
from ear to lopside-ear? join a circus?

I know ethnocentrism is an american art form but in the era of google there
is no excuse for being so uninformed.
