I would get data corruption do to a fault connection in the local network.
The corruption would trash the head of the table. This could be correct, and
no data would be lost.
When some records get trashed it could be the disk. When parts of the table,
like many records, get trashed usually it's do to an unholy exit from the
program <s>.
I ask the TI to validate the database several times a week, in these
situations.
If they monitor the situation eventually the cause is found and things get
back to normal.
