You can but you feel like there is a 900 # gorilla on your back/head

You want to use multiple servers for web, app, and data.  Sure all can
be on one box, but the mind set is 3 separate tools.  You may
construct 2 of them whwre the data is just API calls.

Then you want to do testing harness, and after that a moq.

and all you were asked to do was a simple little app.
