That level is high risk and high reward. Why do you think that the
reward should be average?

Hind sight is always 20/20, sometimes better ;->

You don't think that someone who gets to that level without an intense
background check? When the proof of their prior work is vailidated
and they are running the company they are responsible for not only the
sales but the inventory and HR. If one of those legs of the tripod
goes unstable they could all suffer.

Could the leaders of USA Automotive corps know that everyone was going
to suddenly hold onto their money and not buy anything unless it was
necessary? Do I blame them for producing to much stock and then
shutting down plants because there was no need to produce more
vehicles? No. Shit happened to all sectors.

Did I get to chuckle when they flew into D.C. begging and then got the
smack down? Yep :)

I don't see the need for laws to stop overpaying at the "C" level in business.

I can't stand to see athletes get paid millions of dollars to hold up
a pair of shoes. I try to choose not to buy them, but it gets harder
and harder.
