This app is a simple small cashbook designed for a single entity. Inno
installs it in a folder of your choosing, and places icon on desktop.If you
want a second instance of same program for a second entity, you install it a
2nd time in a different folder.
I want inno to create 2nd desktop icon.

Why is this bad design.
