Have you had to take a test in your language or plural if DBA/Developer type position? I have had to BrainBench or other test over and over again in round two with the headhunter, on who was getting presented. These people want to submit you but they can only send in the top 2 or 3 scorers in the "test." Sucks but that is how gigs in 2008/9 were running. The Indians scored well and were presented. A year ago at the bank contract I was one of a few white contractors compared to my brown friends who held 80% or more of the contractor seats. Nashville had a similar mindset for testing as did Memphis. It was rough. > btw -- I'm dating this super hot Indian chick now. She's a lawyer > though...not a developer.
