Subscribe to the ProFoxTech list instead of the ProFox list. [OT]
stuff is filtered out, but [NF] is still included, as it should be
technically relevant.
The other alternative, which I use, is to create email filters to
filter out messages from those who contribute no substance, but who
like to use the list as their personal pulpit.

There are a lot of people who feel as you do; hence the creation of
ProFoxTech. And please understand that not everyone in the US is as
obnoxious and self-centered as the most prolific [OT] posters.
