You really ought to read what they put in those bottles. 

I have a simple shopping rule: if I can't pronounce it on the first read, or
any of its ingredients has unwholesome combinations of consonants involving
"l," "x," "y," and/or "z," or it says something like "may or may not contain
less than 2% of the following..." -- then I don't use it. Also, anything
"mechanically separated," right back on the shelf it goes.

It's a good rule.
