Here's what I would do.
1. run ccleaner at http://www.ccleaner.com/ 2. Run spybot search and destroy http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html 3. run smitrem http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/ Then run defrag.
