Society for Technical Communication http://www.stc.org/ and National Writer's Union: https://nwu.org/ can provide some good guidance and career advice. Java, on the other hand, isn't a new career direction, just a tool, and one with a lot history and a lot of directions. There's rich-client, phone development, web applets, enterprise java beans, and a LOT of Java programmers looking for their next gig. I wonder why you chose that language. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
