Well, if the Republicans can take control, they should do two things:

1. Repeal whatever they can of the "stimulus" Democrat political slush fund;
2. Repeal whatever they manage to cram by way of ObamaScare. One
reason why they are tempted to pass the Senate bill as is, of course,
are those provisions changing the Senate rules to require
supermajority just to make amendments "in order";
3. Shine a powerful flood light on what his czars and czarinas are
doing, and subpoena every single one of them over every dime being
spent doing anything;
4. Reject whoever he nominates to every seat in the courts possible.
5. Force a government shutdown over spending. I think they are better
positioned to do this now than they were in 1995/6.
6. Publicly investigate Obama's treatment of certain Inspectors
General, which is truly outrageous, compared to any of the made-up
scandals about Bush's firing of political appointees.
