1) Go to Tools 2) Internet Options 3) Security Tab 4) Click on "Restricted Sites" 5) Click on "Sites..." button 6) Enter the following: *.us.intellitxt.com Ever since I did that, I've been getting no Vibrant Media Mouseover text popups."
