Hi Alan,

I sent an email to the webmaster of the site they are on to knock it 
off. The feature would not be objectionable if you had to click on the 
link to get the pop-up, or even if you had to have your mouse over the 
link for some time, but *instantly* is unacceptable.

And, this is another manifestation of The Great Satan, M$.
