Same thing used to happen to me.
I finally bought an usb wi-fi thingy and had a chat with the owner of a
café nearby (which has wi-fi access).
So now, whenever I want to access blocked addresses I just plug in *my*
wi-fi hardware, change internet connection properties,  and get going.
