You misinterpreted my comment. I am not denying wind chill exists. I am only 
saying that the weather newspeople practically leap out of their chairs with 
glee when they quote wind chill on the news. All they need to do is quote 
wind speed in a matter of fact way. Let me decide how much to wear when I go 
out.
