Why do people use Logmein anyway. I use logmein pro, I buy packs of licenses (usually 5) about 250 a year. I install this on the client's machine. This enables me to log into these machines at any time and take full control, transfer files ect. The client can see everything I am doing. I use it to install and configure and instruct on new software. It does not lockout the user as remote desktop does. I can remove a user and install on another machine as long as I do not exceed the licenses I have. I have saved a lot of time and travel. O yea when I mess up sometime I can go in and see myself what is happening. I love it.
