Michael:  Yesterday I was asked by a customer to test an application on 
Citrix.  I log in using a VPN.  I was able to do everything (log into 
their network - log into Citrix) and it froze at "Connecting to 
something"  I sent them a screen shot and they called me right away and 
said "We have VPN access blocked"

Luckily my answer came with less frustration.
