I'm not familiar with citrix in the way that ya'll use it, but I am very
good at debugging foxpro errors running under citrix within the firewall.

It has been my experience that most it groups are not experts with stuff
like this and they mainly just set it up and keep it running, but when
exceptions happen they call in a contractor or the vendor.

In fairness, they were nice people.   The one guy walked me through the
initial setting up of my VPN router.  They weren't the typical arrogant IT
guys you sometimes meet, and they weren't implying that I was an idiot.  It
was just frustrating, that's all.
