I think you underestimate Ricardo's beastly passions. Be that as it may, this is one of the most absurd hammer-squishing-a-fly scenarios I've seen yet. But I doubt it's the last or the most outrageous yet to come. On a positive note, they weren't burnt to a crisp in the process, and I'm willing to bet over time the silliness of the matter will come out. This looks like a desperate attempt to gin up a bogus political narrative, making the absurdity of it somehow disappear in a fog of the "seriousness of the accusations" as per usual with leftwing propaganda. To me it sounds like a few moron hicks in the sticks in a fantasy role playing game that would most likely have ended with one or more of them shooting their own eyes out. They seem more like Darwin Award candidates than seasoned traitors, like Obama's friends in Hyde Park. Anyway, if they exerted this much effort trying to find muslim terrorist extremists who are infiltrating the country via our porous borders, I'd be impressed. This is the same crowd that didn't see any red flags with Hassan or the underwear bomber. Meanwhile, they were telegraphing their insane focus on conservatives and Christians back in April of last year. So it's not a surprise. - Publius > > > --- On Mon, 3/29/10, Publius Maximus <[email protected]> wrote: > >> From: Publius Maximus <[email protected]> >> Subject: [OT] Christian militia accused of plotting to kill cops >> To: "ProFox Email List" <[email protected]> >> Date: Monday, March 29, 2010, 7:27 PM >> http://bit.ly/9ufFqQ >> >> - - - >> In an indictment unsealed Monday, prosecutors said the >> group began >> military-style training in the Michigan woods in 2008, >> learning how to >> shoot guns and make and set off bombs. >> >> David Brian Stone, 44, of Clayton, Mich., and one of his >> sons were >> identified as the ringleaders of the group.
