Hi Geoff, The cops actually ask for your driver's license. You give it to them. They tell you why they stopped you and then usually let you go with a warning if what you did was illegal. Usually they don't give you a ticket unless it is quota time. Sometimes they ask you to buy a ticket to their charity, if you are thinking (he just stopped you for an infraction!) you buy it - it might be a buck or two. That gets you into the event. The last time I went it was quite good. If it were something very serious like being in the country without permission during wartime, well, what would anyone expect? -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
