That's interesting. I have used that program recently, so I can say that it
does work on XP with Word 2002 using an admin account (but I don't think
using admin matters).

I don't have Win7 to test with, else I guess I'd see your problem. All I can
think suggest is to keep trying different combinations until something
behaves differently, which may provide the needed clue.
