Mike, I recall having a problem using CodeStone's SMTP object on a Windows 7 or Windows Vista box, using SSL and attaching a binary file to the outgoing email. The attachment would corrupt during the encryption process. There was a change in the encryption library that ships with Windows Vista from Windows XP. CodeStone had to change their code to handle the change.
