Are you going to lock up parents for not immunizing their kids now?
Governmental controls are semi effective.  We have the FED and they
were blowing chunks for the past 8-10 years.

I am sorry but I have no real respect for the government doing the
right thing in these situations.  EVER.

Think I want to amend the Constitution now.  Just to keep nut jobs
away from my computer.
