Hi Stephen,

Well, *I* am gray, in my travels I have visited a couple hundred 
churches - mostly Protestant. The people seated at table with Jesus 
indeed did see him. He was not remote to them, He is remote to us now, 
even to the majority of believers. We may see him with the eyes of 
faith, but that is not actually seeing - and He may be far different 
from our concept of Him. Now in the loony bin, you may find several 
visionaries.
