Agreed. I have a client who had their "computer guy" order a new round
of machines. They came with 4 Gb of RAM so he got Win7/64 to take
advantage of all of the memory. They have a bunch of 32-bit apps which
seem to work okay, but... Win32 ODBC is hidden in Win7 and a bit
tricky to work with if you have apps that need to access VFP6 or
MySQL.

How is it that clients are surprised there are a compatibility issues
with each version of Windows, when they've occurred in every single
version upgrade?
