Kent, As long as they installed the application when the console was in install mode, you should not have a problem. That is if Citrix has such a mode. It really depends on what the error is. Do they have an aggressive anti-virus on the system that isn't correctly avoiding the dbf/fpt/cdx files you may be using? Have you gotten a clue what part of the program it might be failing with?
