I don't have much info except a few screen shots so far.

I do know the program has been working great for along time until they
upgraded the server.

Kent,

As long as they installed the application when the console was in install
mode, you should not have a problem. That is if Citrix has such a mode.

It really depends on what the error is. Do they have an aggressive
anti-virus on the system that isn't correctly avoiding the dbf/fpt/cdx files
you may be using? Have you gotten a clue what part of the program it might
be failing with?
