Hello Tracy, I don't have much info except a few screen shots so far. I do know the program has been working great for along time until they upgraded the server.

That is if Citrix has such a mode. It really depends on what the error is. Do they have an aggressive anti-virus on the system that isn't correctly avoiding the dbf/fpt/cdx files you may be using? Have you gotten a clue what part of the program it might be failing with?
