OK why is this newer information making you think that the vehicle is crap? Price outstanding, you think that a hybrid squared is terrible. From the article it appears that the electric motor engine is designed for sub interstate/highway travel. It states that speeds in excess of 70 the designers added the gas power to the drive train as well. The gas motor has two power trains out of it, one for generator and one for drive train. As needed it can move power between them. When you exhaust the battery the gas power will be directed to the power train. I consider this to be good news. You can now drive longer then a single battery charge. That was a huge downside for potential owners. Now you can just fill up the tiny tank as needed to a trip across the state. For me to drive to the state of Virgina I have close to 500 miles on I-40. -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer CIMSgts 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
